Job Description:
The Vendor Coordinator supports the Vendor Management team in recruiting and managing freelance localization resources, while also playing an important role in cost research and sales support. This role combines recruitment, vendor coordination, and analytical work, supporting both project delivery and business growth.
Responsibilities
- Recruit and screen freelance linguists via job ads and online platforms
- Coordinate linguistic testing and onboarding
- Manage vendor placement, availability, rates, and performance records
- Research vendor costs for existing and new localization services
- Prepare cost estimates and pricing input to support sales proposals
- Support evaluation of new service offerings from a vendor and cost perspective
- Handle vendor-related issues and administrative tasks as required
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
- Strong communication skills in English
- Interest in languages, localization, and global cultures
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable working with Excel and basic data analysis
- Interest in recruitment, pricing, or cost research is a strong advantage
