Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, test, and maintain mainframe applications using ZOS (Z Systems Operating System).
• Perform upgrades and installations of new software on mainframes to ensure seamless integration with existing systems.
• Troubleshoot issues related to SMPE (System Management Programming Environment) and provide solutions to resolve problems efficiently.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement in system architecture and implement changes accordingly.

Job Requirements :

• 3-20 years of experience in mainframe systems programming or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of ZOS operating system installation, upgrade, and maintenance procedures.
• Proficiency in performing complex tasks such as SMPE configuration, troubleshooting, and debugging.
