Job Description

Position Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and self-driven individual to join our operations team. The selected candidate will focus on reviewing and resolving item-related defect tickets flagged by our Machine Learning (ML) model, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in product operations.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Review tickets flagged by the ML model to identify incorrect, missing, or misleading item information.
  • Analyze product images, descriptions, and attributes to ensure data accuracy.
  • Coordinate with internal Points of Contact (POCs) via email for issue resolution.
  • Ensure compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and escalate discrepancies as required.
  • Maintain Excel trackers and prepare End of Day (EOD) reports.
  • Communicate effectively with team leads and clients to clarify doubts and avoid delays.
  • Ensure timely resolution of cases within the defined Service Level Agreement (SLA).
  • Share daily production updates with examples of resolved cases.
  • Work independently using client-provided resources and multiple technical platforms.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, basic formulas)
  • Knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint for data visualization
  • Familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, Salesforce, or e-commerce/product management tools is a plus

Communication & Interpersonal Skills:

  • Strong verbal and written English communication
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment

Education & Experience:

  • Graduate in any discipline
  • 13 years of relevant experience in e-commerce, product operations, or related roles

Core Competencies:

  • Strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
