The ideal background and skills we are looking for:
3-5 years experience in a similar role
Highly proficient in Windows and Mac support
Managing and configuring Office 365 and Azure Active Directory/Entra ID
MDM with Microsoft Endpoint Manager/Intune
Collaboration/unified communications tools and hardware (preferably Teams)
Service Management practices, including incident/request, change and problem management, monitoring events and altering
Awareness of Data Protection, Privacy and Governance principles, e.g GDPR
Experience working as part of a geographically spread, follow-the- team, where clear remote communication and effective end-of-day handovers are essential, and being confident and capable of holding the fort during the hours when you are the only person online
Application of modern workplace security practices
Experience with the following would also be beneficial:
Altassain products (especially Jira)
Broader Azure infrastructure stack
Application Packaging
ITIL Foundation
Project Delivery
Previous 2nd Line experience
