**Must-Have Skills:**

3-6 years of hands-on experience in UX design for web and mobile applications.
Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in Design Thinking, UX and UI design, user-centered design.
Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.
Experience with competitive benchmarking, market analysis, and translating insights into design decisions.
Solid understanding of responsive design, accessibility standards, and UX principles.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment
