Job Description
Job Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Low Code/No Code (LCNC) Developer with strong development expertise in Microsoft Power Platform and good experience in Copilot Studio for building AI-driven solutions. This role goes beyond traditional LCNC development, focusing on AI-based workflows, intelligent dashboards, data engineering, and LLM-powered automation to deliver next-generation enterprise solutions

Key Responsibilities:
- Strongs hands on development experience in LCNC , able to develop complex solutions
- Has good understanding of Cloud environments able to integrate LCNC applications with Cloud services seamlessly
- Strong experience in database able to write complex SQL queries and Stored procedures
- Proven experience in developing Copilot Agents that seamlessly interact with platform APIs and enterprise systems
- Build Custom Connectors and Plugins within Microsoft Copilot Studio to extend functionality and integrate external services.
- Seamlessly collaborate with team members while fostering collaboration. Encourage continuous learning and professional growth.
- Has strong communication and presentation skills
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to extend and optimize AI agent components within enterprise-grade solutions
- Develop AI-driven workflows and dashboards leveraging natural language processing and automation concepts.
Key Requirements:
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Dataverse) and Copilot Studio.
- Overall, 2-6 years of experience in development and solutioning.
- Strong development and solutioning experience
- Strong understanding of ITIL frameworks and best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of solutions
- Hands-on experience in building and customizing AI agents, connectors, and plugins.
- Solid understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP), LLM-based automation, and conversational AI design.
- Proven ability to deliver secure, scalable AI solutions in enterprise environments.
- Working knowledge of cloud architectures (Azure preferred; AWS/GCP experience is a plus), enterprise integration patterns, and DevOps practices.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Graph API and advanced Power Platform integrations.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in fast-paced, innovative-driven environments.
- Develop and maintain SQL databases and leverage Dataverse for data storage and management.
- Ensure best practices in coding and development.
- Integrate DevOps practices into the development lifecycle.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Create insightful reports and dashboards using Power BI.
- Write efficient and scalable code in Python.
- Apply Generative AI techniques to enhance solution capabilities.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Must have Skills:
- Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve complex issues.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and convey technical information clearly.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
- Previous experience in a similar role or relevant industry experience is highly preferred.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, proven experience with CoPilot Studio, Generative AI, Power Platform, K2, SharePoint, Dataverse and Power BI.
- Strong knowledge of cloud technologies and SQL databases.
- Proficiency in coding and development practices.
- Experience with DevOps tools and methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certifications in Power Platform, Azure, or AWS.
- Exposure to Copilot customization and prompt engineering for enterprise use cases
- Experience with other low code/no code platforms.
- Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
