Job Description
What success looks like in this role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Mobile Application Developer with expertise in Flutter to design, develop, and maintain robust mobile applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Dart, object-oriented principles, and asynchronous programming, along with experience in integrating mobile apps into enterprise systems.
- Develop and maintain mobile applications using Flutter and Dart.
- Implement state management, routing, and responsive UI using Flutter widgets and layouts.
- Ensure seamless integration with platform-specific features (e.g., Android).
- Implement authentication and security mechanisms, including SSO and other secure methods.
- Design and test APIs for mobile application functionality.
- Integrate mobile applications with corporate systems through API integration.
- Implement push notifications and messaging features.
- Conduct unit testing, widget testing, and integration testing to ensure quality and performance.
- Optimize application performance and troubleshoot issues.
- Manage deployment pipelines, including CI/CD and Company Portal Integration (e.g., Microsoft Intune).
- Provide support for operational systems and ensure smooth application lifecycle management.
You will be successful in this role if you have:
- Minimum 5 years relevant experience OR equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Proven experience in Flutter development and Dart programming.
- Strong understanding of object-oriented principles and asynchronous programming.
- Hands-on experience with local storage and databases.
- Familiarity with state management solutions (e.g., Provider, Bloc, Riverpod).
- Experience implementing authentication, security, and SSO in mobile apps.
- Proficiency in API development, testing, and integration.
- Knowledge of push notifications, messaging frameworks, and related services.
- Experience with testing frameworks for Flutter (unit, widget, integration).
- Working knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and enterprise deployment tools like Microsoft Intune.
- Ability to support and maintain operational systems in production environments.
