 Senior Global Payroll Cloud Implementation Specialist

Job Description

Responsible for ensuring that payroll cloud system implementations are compliant with the organizations policies and objectives.

Career Level - IC3


  • Lead implementation projects in line with the Global Payroll Operations guidelines and objectives.

  • Develop a solid understanding of all cloud payroll systems including time and attendance applications, in-house payroll applications, and HR applications.

  • Collaborate with HR and payroll operations to create complete business requirement document

  • Perform all unit testing and UAT in accordance with testing matrices for cloud payroll system implementations.

  • Review user design for optimum end user experience.

  • Assist with creating or improving testing matrices.

  • Coordinate testing with other lines of business impacted.

  • Log and monitor all bugs relating to systems being tested, collaborating closely with developers.

  • Effectively communicate project testing progress to project team and escalate issues in a timely manner.

  • Ensure project deadlines are being met by monitoring information gathering and issue resolution.

  • Update and log new projects in project tracking software.

  • Lead or participate in conference calls in a professional manner.

  • Support others in the team with learning and queries.

  • Create and update user guides/videos for all cloud payroll systems.

  • Updates payroll process documents.

  • Support with learning and documenting the business requirements

  • Provide training on new cloud systems to users

  • Assists with creation of communication plans

  • Provide support post go live

  • Understand, acknowledge, and operate within the department policies and procedures.

  • Perform any other duties assigned by the Direct Supervisor.

  • Is responsible for continuous improvement and automation of the cloud solutions implemented for Global Payroll Operations.

  • Continuously adapt knowledge on existing/new cloud implementations to ensure first level of support.
