Job Description
Key Responsibilities- Lead the design, implementation, and optimisation of enterprise-wide identity and access management (IAM) solutions
- Develop and enforce identity governance policies, standards, and procedures
- Oversee lifecycle management of user identities, roles, entitlements, and access certifications
- Collaborate with cybersecurity, compliance, HR, and business units to align IAM strategies with organisational goals
- Manage vendor relationships and evaluate emerging IAM technologies
- Drive automation and integration of IAM processes across cloud and on-prem environments
- Lead and mentor a global team of IAM professionals, fostering a culture of innovation and accountability
- Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field
- 10+ years of experience in IT, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role focused on identity management
- Proven expertise in IAM platforms (e.g., Azure AD, Okta, SailPoint, ForgeRock)
- Strong understanding of identity governance, access certification, role-based access control (RBAC), and privileged access management (PAM)
- Experience with cloud identity models and hybrid environments
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and team leadership skills
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CIAM) are a plus
