Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Scrum Master with 5-10 years of experience to manage our agile project management methodology. The ideal candidate will have excellent project management skills and experience in infrastructure - data center & DevOps domain.

Roles and Responsibility
  • Manage the coordination and administrative aspects of our Scrum working model.
  • Prepare, host, and review Scrum-related calls to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Ensure consistent backlog items and revise spent times from backlog planning.
  • Create a Sprint review report and follow defined processes regarding Scrum processes and artifacts.
  • Coordinate with team members to ensure timely project delivery.
  • Implement agile methodologies to improve project efficiency and productivity.
Job Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Scrum Master role or similar position.
  • Strong knowledge of Scrum and agile working models.
  • Good project management skills and English language proficiency.
  • Experience with JIRA or a similar tool is a plus.
  • Ability to work in an international team environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
