Job Description
Zensar Technologies is looking for Scrum Master - (TESCO NON PROD ) to join our team Roles and Responsibility- Facilitate daily stand-up meetings, sprint planning sessions, and retrospectives to ensure team alignment and continuous improvement.
- Implement and maintain Scrum frameworks, processes, and standards across the organization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify project requirements and develop effective solutions.
- Coach and guide team members on Scrum principles, best practices, and process improvements.
- Ensure timely delivery of high-quality products by managing risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Foster a culture of transparency, feedback, and continuous learning within the team.
Job Requirements
- Strong understanding of Scrum framework, including Agile principles, practices, and techniques.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Experience with project management tools such as Jira or Asana is desirable.
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities while maintaining a positive attitude.
