Banking Consulting NACA which is a part of Americas Region under FSGBU - Consulting delivers Oracle Technology and Applications solutions for clientele in the North America and Caribbean region. The service offerings include Application Implementation, Managed Services and Customization development services for Oracle Financial Services Software Banking products.

Your Responsibilities
Activities in Development or Implementation or Managed Service activity streams as a Technical Consultant. Your responsibilities include:
1. Technical team member in Development of Software extensions as per Client s Business requirement.
2. Ability to translate business requirements into design specifications
3. Assist with analysis, design and implementation of solutions for various business requirements. Analyze solution approaches, estimations, best practices, project risks and recommendations
4. Develop programs as per specifications/requirements given by Oracle / Client within planned schedule.
5. Ensure quality code delivery.
6. Provide technical services as part of development and Implementation activities of Oracle Banking application.
Your Qualifications
- You possess knowledge and skills in software programming in Core Java, J2EE, Microservices related technologies, Spring Boot, Ojet, Rest API, JavaScript, XML.
- You possess good client interaction skills in areas including presentation of solutions
- You have exposure to software deployment and troubleshooting on Application Server software especially Oracle Weblogic
- You should be able to demonstrate experience in translating customer business requirements into workable business solutions either as software solutions or as re-engineering initiatives
- You possess skill of good Team player
Secondary Skills
You have exposure to Banking Domain and Functional knowledge of Banking systems
You have exposure to software development processes and practices, DevOps tools, Testing tools
Experience on development and implementation of Interfaces, Batch operations, Trouble shooting, and resolution of issues encountered in Testing cycles

Experience of 4 to 6 years
Educational and Other Qualifications
Should hold a bachelor s degree in computer science or equivalent degree
Work Environment
Should be willing to work at offshore as well as travel to client locations
Should be willing to take up FLEXCUBE Technical certifications in functional areas as and when required.
Ability to work in a high pressure, fast moving and challenging environment
