Job Description
- Planning for rectification in Building Toilet, Deck, kitchen utility, terrace leakages, & City infra works Bitumen roads, Concrete roads, RCC drainage work, Paver works. All Civil complaints
- Investigate and diagnose existing structural problems, proposing solutions for repairs, modifications,
- Having Good knowledge of RCC Drawings, Execution in RCC building & internal finishing works. City infra works. RCC Structures. Waterproofing works
- Preparing work schedules and allocating resources, as well as supervising junior, workers, technicians, and contractors.
- Ensuring that civil complaints are completed on time and within budget.
- Perform quality control checks and ensure all civil complaints comply with regulatory standards.
- Supervise the installation of waterproofing system in building & city common area.
- Select suitable materials for waterproofing system as per approved methodology.
- Evaluate and repairs existing system as needed.
- Oversees road construction, focusing on pavement layers. Key responsibilities include site supervision, ensuring adherence to designs and specifications, quality control of materials like aggregates and bitumen, managing machinery and compaction processes, and maintaining safety and quality standards throughout the project. The role also involves record-keeping, reporting, and collaborating with stakeholders to resolve technical issues.
- Having good knowledge for execution for RCC Road & RCC structures
L-3 Civil Engineer Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering.
- A minimum of 10 years' experience working as a senior civil engineer
- In-depth knowledge of civil engineering and construction specifications, standards, and codes.
- Great leadership, project management, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
- Superb mathematical, time-management, and organizational abilities.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
