Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Manage institutional sales, including builders, engineers, and other B2B clients.
Develop business relationships with key decision-makers to drive revenue growth.
Identify new opportunities for retail projects in Nashik region.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver successful project outcomes.
Provide exceptional customer service to existing customers.

Desired Candidate Profile

4-7 years of experience in institutional sales or related field (preferably in real estate).
Strong understanding of the local market trends and regulations.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team environment.
