Work Location: Madhapur, Hyderabad
Work Mode: Work from Office
Job Timings: 10:30 AM 7:30 PM
Working Days: 5 Days a Week + Alternate Saturdays Working
Job Description:
We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated Fresher Recruiters who are interested in building a career in Human Resources / Talent Acquisition. This role is ideal for recent graduates who possess excellent communication skills and a strong interest in recruitment activities.
Roles & Responsibilities:
* Understanding hiring requirements from clients or internal teams
* Sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals
* Screening resumes and conducting initial HR interviews
* Coordinating interview schedules with candidates and hiring managers
* Maintaining candidate databases and recruitment trackers
* Following up with candidates throughout the hiring process
* Supporting HR operations and recruitment-related tasks
Required Skills:
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Strong interpersonal and coordination skills
* Willingness to learn and grow in HR & Recruitment
* Basic knowledge of recruitment processes (preferred, not mandatory)
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
