Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
*Youll lead a team of mobile engineers and collaborate closely with other engineering managers to shape the direction of our mobile platforms across multiple client products.
*Partner with delivery leads and product managers to ensure mobile initiatives are delivered to high standards of quality and impact.
*Work closely with product managers to define mobile product vision and ensure alignment with overall business goals and user needs.
*Youll set technical standards for mobile development, including architecture, testing, CI/CD, and release processes, ensuring scalability and maintainability across all apps.
*Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, QA, and backend engineering, to build cohesive and scalable mobile experiences.
*Mentor and support team members in their professional growth and promote a culture of continuous learning.
*Youll lead recruitment and onboarding of new team members, fostering a diverse and inclusive environment where engineers can thrive and grow.
*Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies in mobile development to incorporate new tools and approaches into our workflow.
*Participate in strategic decision-making regarding mobile technologies and tools to enhance product capabilities.

*Proven experience as an Engineering Manager or similar leadership role in mobile software development.
*Strong technical background in mobile technologies, including proficiency in iOS, Android, and cross-platform frameworks.
*Exceptional leadership and team management skills, capable of inspiring and developing talent.
*Demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality mobile applications that offer excellent user experiences.
*Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a focus on performance and scalability.
*Excellent communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with a diverse range of stakeholders.
*A genuine interest in sports or the sports industry, with a passion for creating impactful experiences for fans.
*Experience leading hybrid or distributed engineering teams.
*Proven ability to partner closely with product, design, and data teams to deliver cohesive mobile experiences.
*Track record of improving engineering efficiency, automation, and developer experience.
