Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Provide financial counseling to patients undergoing cancer treatment, ensuring they understand their medical bills and insurance coverage.
Assist patients in navigating the complexities of healthcare financing, including payment plans and financial assistance programs.
Collaborate with hospital administration to develop patient-centered care models that prioritize emotional support and financial well-being.
Develop strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare providers to ensure seamless communication throughout the treatment process.
Identify opportunities for cost savings initiatives that benefit both patients and the hospital.

Desired Candidate Profile

5-10 years of experience in financial counselling or a related field (e.g., hospital administration).
Strong understanding of cancer diagnosis, treatment options, and associated costs.
Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with diverse stakeholders (patients, families, healthcare providers).
Ability to analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement in patient care delivery.
