 About The Role  

Project Role :Quality Engineering Lead (Test Lead)
Project Role Description :Leads a team of quality engineers through multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration to accelerate delivery and drive quality across the application lifecycle. Applies business and functional knowledge to develop end-to-end testing strategies through the use of quality processes and methodologies. Applies testing methodologies, principles and processes to define and implement key metrics to manage and assess the testing process including test execution and defect resolution.

Educational Qualification :15 years full time educationSummary:As a Quality Engineering Lead, you will lead a team of quality engineers, guiding them through the complexities of multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure the delivery of high-quality applications. You will develop comprehensive testing strategies, applying your business and functional knowledge to enhance the application lifecycle. By implementing quality processes and methodologies, you will drive improvements in testing efficiency and effectiveness, ensuring that all deliverables meet the highest standards of quality and performance.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Facilitate continuous improvement initiatives to enhance team performance and quality outcomes.

Mentor junior team members to foster their professional growth and development.
Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:

Proficiency in Blockchain Technology.

Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and best practices.

Experience with automated testing tools and frameworks.

Ability to analyze complex systems and identify potential quality issues.

Familiarity with Agile and DevOps practices to enhance collaboration and efficiency. Additional Information:

The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Blockchain Technology.

This position is based at our Gurugram office.

A 15 years full time education is required. Qualification 15 years full time education
