Client is seeking a strategic and experienced Principal Data Product Manager to lead a portfolio within our Population Health product family This key role is responsible for driving the product strategy from conception to release, ensuring it aligns with our organizational objectives and a strategic, value-based roadmap Key Responsibilities: Strategy & Leadership: Develop and own the data product strategy for your portfolio, working closely with product directors and leadership Product Lifecycle Management: Manage the full product lifecycle, including road mapping, requirements, feature prioritization, and measuring success with KPIs and metrics Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with architecture, delivery teams, and key stakeholders to foster empowered product teams and enable go-to-market strategies User-Centric Development: Conduct user research and persona identification to inform product direction and quantify customer value Team Management: Lead and mentor Product Owners and their teams, while also resolving dependencies and risks Qualifications: Required: Expert knowledge in clinical workflows, care management, or healthcare finance Technical Skills: Experience with data analytics tools (SQL, GCP, Snowflake), building enterprise data warehouses, and leading technology transformation projects Education: Bachelor s degree in Computer Science or Information Technology Preferred: Experience with EHR platforms (Epic, Cerner), knowledge of HL7/FHIR, and 2+ years of people management experience Desired Traits: We are looking for a people-person, problem-solver, and a strong communicator who is curious about the business and its customers The ideal candidate is an influential and relational leader who is both humble and results-driven, with a strong bias for action
