Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Revenue Booking Specialist Team Manager with strong exposure to the Insurance Broking domain. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end revenue booking processes, ensuring accuracy in renewals, and leading a team handling placement, pre-placement, and premium booking activities across Indian and International markets.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee revenue booking operations across insurance broking portfolios
- Ensure accurate and timely revenue recognition and booking
- Validate renewal entries and perform weekly revenue checks
- Supervise and guide teams handling placement, pre-placement, and premium booking
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, SOPs, and audit requirements
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders including sales, placement, and finance teams
- Handle escalations related to revenue discrepancies or booking issues
- Drive process improvements and efficiency in revenue booking workflows
- Prepare and review MIS reports related to revenue and renewals
Experience:
- Insurance Broking domain experience is mandatory.
- Team handling experience is mandatory
- Placement/Pre-Placement/ Premium team handling experience
- Indian and International Market
- Insurance broking experience
Required Experience & Skills
- Mandatory: 7+ years of experience in the Insurance Broking domain
- Mandatory: Proven team handling / people management experience
- Hands-on experience in:
- Revenue booking
- Renewals validation
- Placement / Pre-placement / Premium teams
- Exposure to both Indian and International insurance markets
- Strong understanding of insurance policies, premiums, and revenue cycles
- Good analytical skills with attention to detail
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Skills
- Experience working in large insurance broking firms
- Knowledge of insurance systems and revenue reporting tools
- Ability to work in a hybrid model and manage distributed teams
