We are seeking a Project Manager with deep expertise in Data Platforms and Warehousing, who can lead high-impact projects end-to-end while staying hands-on enough to understand technical complexities, with exposure to emerging AI/ML use cases that complement enterprise data strategy.
What You Bring
Proven Delivery in Data Platforms: 10+ years of experience managing large-scale Data Warehouse / Data Platform projects with successful delivery records.
Technical Understanding: Strong grasp of ETL/ELT pipelines, cloud data services (Azure/AWS/GCP), and modern data warehousing platforms (Snowflake, Synapse, Redshift, BigQuery, etc.).
Hands-on Orientation: Ability to review designs, validate data models, and contribute to architectural discussions.
Data Modeling Expertise: Solid understanding of data modeling (conceptual, logical, physical) and dimensional modeling for enterprise DWH.
Exposure to AI/ML: Familiarity with AI/ML concepts, frameworks, or projects integrated into data platforms (e.g., predictive analytics, model operationalization).
Stakeholder Management: Skilled at engaging business, data, and technology leaders to align on outcomes.
Governance & Compliance: Knowledge of data governance, lineage, and compliance frameworks.
Resource & Budget Oversight: Efficient allocation of resources, cost tracking, and productivity maximization.
Team Leadership: Lead cross-functional data engineering, BI, and analytics teams, fostering collaboration and delivery excellence.
Desired Skills
Project Management: Proficient in Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies with strong exposure to data projects.
Industry Experience: Background in data services, DWH modernization, data integration, and analytics programs.
Technical Skills : Working knowledge of SQL, ETL tools (Informatica, Talend, ADF, DBT, etc.), data lakes, and cloud-native data solutions; awareness of AI/ML platforms (Azure ML, AWS Sagemaker, Databricks, TensorFlow, etc.) is a plus.
Education: Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; PMP/PRINCE2/Agile certifications preferred.
Tools: Jira, MS Project, or equivalent project tracking tools.
Soft Skills : Strong leadership, problem-solving, analytical thinking, and communication skills.

Mentor & Guide: Coach data engineers, BI developers, and analysts, promoting innovation and growth.
