Location: Pune, India Experience: 8 - 10 Years Engagement: Full-time, Hybrid Role Overview We are looking for an experienced Senior Scrum Master with DevOps leadership exposure to drive automation programs for VMware and hybrid cloud environments. The role requires orchestrating Agile delivery across multiple DevOps squads, ensuring alignment with enterprise automation strategy and governance. Key Responsibilities Lead Agile ceremonies and delivery governance for multiple automation workstreams. Partner with engineering and transformation leaders to define sprint goals and deliverables. Drive adoption of DevOps best practices, including CI/CD, IaC, and automated validation pipelines. Track KPIs (velocity, quality, MTTR reduction) and present metrics to senior stakeholders. Mentor Scrum teams on Agile maturity and continuous improvement principles. Collaborate closely with architecture and security teams to align automation with compliance frameworks. Required Skills Strong experience leading Agile delivery for infrastructure, automation, or DevOps projects. Technical understanding of VMware vSphere/vESXi, Aria, Terraform, and Ansible. Familiarity with Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, Azure DevOps, or equivalent. Excellent facilitation, conflict resolution, and stakeholder management skills. Certifications preferred: PSM II / SAFe Scrum Master / DevOps Leader Excellent verbal and written communication skills Should be willing to work in 5:30 PM 2:30 AM IST time
