URGENT HIRING!!!!

GTI Infotel Pvt Ltd is looking for an experienced Implementation/ Tester (HIS / Healthcare Domain) with strong exposure to Hospital Information Systems (HIS/HIMS). The candidate will be responsible for implementation, testing, training, UAT, Go-Live support, and coordination with hospital stakeholders and internal development teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and analyse client requirements related to hospital workflows & HIS modules
• Implement, configure, and support Hospital Information System (HIS) solutions
• Conduct workflow testing, data validation, and system integration checks
• Create test plans, test scenarios, and test cases for healthcare systems
• Perform functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing
• Identify, document, and track defects related to hospital workflows and data flows
• Coordinate with development teams for bug fixes and enhancements
• Provide end-user training to doctors, nurses, and hospital operators
• Support UAT, Go-Live, and post-implementation activities
• Validate patient journeys, clinical workflows, billing, and reports
• Prepare and maintain documentation, MOMs, training materials, and status reports
• Ensure smooth adoption of HIS across all hospital departments

Required Skills

• Strong experience in Hospital / HIS / HIMS / Healthcare Domain
• Knowledge of HIS modules:
• Registration
• OPD
• IPD
• Laboratory
• Radiology
• Billing
• Must have 3-5 year of experience in Healthcare Domain
• Requirement gathering & workflow mapping
• Manual & functional testing
• Bug reporting & test documentation
• UAT coordination & Go-Live support
• Excellent communication & client-handling skills

Strong understanding of Hospital Processes & Departmental Operations
