Job Description
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent hands-on experience.
- Typically 8+ years of professional experience in full stack software development.
- Deep expertise in modern front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, or similar) and back-end technologies (e.g., Java, Node.js, Python, or similar).
- Deep understanding of Software architecture patterns, Design patterns and Data Structures and scalable designs.
- Experience in common open source Software and tools such as Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, GIT or other Continues Integration/version control tools etc.
- Knowledge of DevOps.
- Solid experience with cloud platforms (e.g., Oracle Cloud, AWS, or Azure) and CI/CD practices.
- Demonstrated track record of leading complex projects and mentoring other engineers.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, problem-solving, and organisational skills.
- Lead the end-to-end development of scalable, robust web applications using both front-end and back-end technologies.
- Architect, design, and implement features across the full stack (UI, API, databases, and cloud infrastructure).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Proactively identify and address performance, security, and scalability challenges.
- Uphold coding best practices, conduct peer code reviews, and set standards for junior engineers.
- Mentor team members to drive technical growth and foster a culture of continuous learning.
- Ensure all deliverables meet Oracles quality, security, privacy, and compliance requirements.
