Role Overview
We are looking for a Frontend Engineer who can deeply understand and reconstruct complex product experiences down to UI structure, workflows, navigation patterns, and behavioral details. In this role, youll replicate productiongrade SaaS platforms with synthetic data and functional user flows, enabling our agent systems to train, evaluate, and improve on real-world workflows.
In this role, youll work closely in a small high-velocity team to rapidly build interfaces that feel indistinguishable from the reference product. Which later, will be developed and used to train advanced AI agents in real workflows.
This is a high-impact role with high ownership, fast iteration cycles, and direct influence on what computer-use AI agents can learn to do in the real world. Background As a Frontend Engineer here, youll be working on developing the UI/UX of advanced computer-use environments used in developing AI models.
Here we work with frontier AI labs to train their models to engage in the most valuable tasks of tomorrow.
You will work on the edge of the AI data industry and learn valuable skills to push the development of advanced AI.
Note: This role does not require any AI / Computer-Use model training experience.
What Youll Do:
Recreate complex SaaS workflows with fidelity to real product UI/UX behaviour (in the context of Ramp, a financial platform that could would look like: expenses, reimbursements, employee/card management) Build functional UI/UX replicas of platforms, using mock data to demonstrate core logic and flows Frontend Dev JD 1 Design and structure TSX/React component hierarchies with clean state/data management
Have ownership and decisions about scope prioritization, UI, and UX workflow correctness Review code from contributors and maintain clarity, consistency, and high engineering standards Work in a collaborative environment in a small fast-moving team
Example Scope
You Might Take On As an example project, you may be tasked with replicating the Ramp platform frontend UI/UX: Expenses + Reimbursements flows Virtual card issuance and request workflows Organization & billing management views Lightweight accounting + reporting pages Navigation structure and UX patterns that mirror the live application Reference: https://try.ramp.com/home The goal is visual parity and identical interactivity.
What Were Looking For Professional software engineering experience in production React and Typescript codebases Deep familiarity with frontend architecture, state management, component composition, and API abstraction Strong product intuition: you care about correctness, polish, and UX fidelity Ability to reverse engineer workflows and reproduce them accurately from observation Frontend Dev JD 2
Self-directed execution: you can own a scope, set intermediate milestones, and deliver without micromanagement Excellent written and technical communication, especially around reasoning, debugging, and tradeoffs Preferred Qualifications Professional software engineering experience in frontend (UI/UX)
Familiarity with: Typescript HTML/CSS Tailwind CSS or a similar CSS framework React experience highly preferred ShadCN experience preferred API mocking experience preferred Strong product ownership: you need an eye for workflow correctness, UX clarity, and UI polish Frontend Dev JD 3
