Key Role and Responsibilities:
1. Data analysis and reporting:
collect, analyze, and report data to help with business decisions, manage information systems, and identify areas for improvement and create accurate and timely reports (e.g., daily, weekly, monthly)
2. Data security: Ensure data is secure and compliant with organizational and regulatory standards
3. Presentation: Present data-driven insights and findings to management in a clear and actionable format
4. Ensure accuracy, consistency, and timeliness of all MIS reports.
5. Maintain and update spreadsheets, and reporting tools.
6. Identify gaps in data flow and suggest improvements to enhance reporting efficiency.
7. Work closely with Digital & Call center Departments to gather data like (leads & conversions) to meet reporting needs.
