Experience: 0 - 1 Year (Freshers)
Preferred Candidates: North India locations from Business schools

Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated HR Recruiter Fresher to join our talent acquisition team. This role is ideal for MBA HR graduates who are looking to start their career in recruitment and HR operations.

Required Skills:

Strong communication skills (English & Hindi preferred)
Basic understanding of recruitment lifecycle
Good interpersonal and coordination skills
Proficient in MS Excel and basic documentation
Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
