ETL Tester - Senior Engineer @ Iris Software

We are seeking a skilled QA Automation Engineer with strong experience in the Banking domain and ETL testing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing automated test scripts to ensure the quality and integrity of applications and data processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement automation frameworks for functional, regression, and integration testing.
• Develop and maintain automated test scripts using tools such as Selenium, Java, Python, or similar.
• Perform ETL testing to validate data extraction, transformation, and loading processes.
• Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure test coverage.
• Execute test cases, analyze results, and report defects using tools like JIRA or ALM.
• Ensure compliance with banking domain standards and regulatory requirements.
• Participate in CI/CD pipeline integration for automated testing.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong experience in QA Automation (Selenium, Java/Python, TestNG, Cucumber).
• Hands-on experience in ETL testing and data validation.
• Good understanding of SQL and ability to write complex queries.
• Familiarity with Banking domain processes and workflows.
• Experience with API testing (REST/SOAP) using tools like Postman or RestAssured.
• Knowledge of CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Git, Maven).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure).
• Knowledge of performance testing tools (JMeter).
• Exposure to Big Data testing.
