We are hiring for a Domestic Process in Noida. Candidates should be comfortable handling customer calls and resolving queries profesionally with a positive attitude.

Location- Noida

Salary:

Customer Support- upto 27k CTC

Sales - upto 35k CTC+ Incentives

Role & responsibilities :

• Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions via calls.
• Resolve customer queries, complaints, and service requests in a timely and professional manner
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction (CSAT) through effective communication
• Accurately document customer interactions in CRM systems
• Follow company policies, processes, and quality standards

Preferred candidate profile :

• Any 12th pass/ Graduate - Fresher/ Experience .
• Good Communication in English.
