Job Description

BVG India Ltd. is looking for Assistant (Fresher ITI) to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey. Provide technical support to end - users on a variety of computer hardware and software issues. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to computer systems, including hardware, software, and network connectivity. Set up new computer systems and install necessary software and applications. Perform regular maintenance on computer systems to ensure that they are operating efficiently. Monitor system performance and take appropriate actions to address any issues. Document technical issues and resolutions for future reference. Work with the IT team to implement and maintain security measures to protect computer systems and data. Assist with the development and implementation of IT policies and procedures. Excellent problem - solving and decision - making abilities. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
