Job Title: Customer Support Executive International Voice Process


Job Summary

We are looking for confident and customer-focused professionals to join our International Voice Process team. The role involves handling inbound/outbound calls from international customers, resolving queries, and delivering high-quality customer service.


Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and/or outbound voice calls from international customers
  • Provide accurate information about products/services
  • Resolve customer queries, complaints, and issues efficiently
  • Maintain professionalism and empathy during all customer interactions
  • Follow company policies, scripts, and quality standards
  • Document customer interactions and update records in CRM systems
  • Meet performance metrics such as call quality, resolution time, and customer satisfaction

Eligibility / Requirements

  • Excellent verbal communication skills in English
  • Good listening and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in rotational/night shifts
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools)
  • Customer-oriented attitude with a positive mindset

Preferred Qualifications

  • Graduate or Undergraduate (any stream)
  • Prior experience in international BPO/voice process is an advantage
  • Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome
