We are looking for a hands-on Java Technical Lead who can drive architecture, engineering excellence, and team growth while building enterprise-grade applications.

What You Bring:

5-8 years of strong engineering experience with Java or Node.
js or .
NET

Deep expertise in Spring Boot, microservices architecture, and REST API development

Strong experience with frontend frameworks (React.
js, Angular, Next.
js, Vue.
js)

Hands-on experience with API design, authentication, caching, and integration patterns

Strong database experience: PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Redis

Experience with Docker, containerization, Git workflows, and CI/CD pipelines

Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)

Strong fundamentals in OOP, design patterns, refactoring, and debugging

Hands-on experience across full-stack development is highly preferred

Desirable Skills:

Experience with Kubernetes and container orchestration

Familiarity with Kafka, RabbitMQ, or other message brokers

Experience with performance tuning, scalability engineering, and application security

Exposure to GraphQL or gRPC

Knowledge of DevOps workflows and deployment automation

Experience working in a product-based environment

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities

Your Role:

As our Java - Technical Lead , you will drive architectural decisions, engineering best practices, and team leadership across full-stack development.

Architecture & Technical Leadership

Own end-to-end architecture across frontend, backend, APIs, integrations, and DevOps.

Define coding standards, architecture guidelines, and engineering best practices.

Build reusable libraries, shared modules, and common components.

Introduce modern tools, frameworks, and engineering practices.

Ensure scalability, maintainability, and long-term technical robustness.

Execution & Delivery Excellence

Lead sprint planning, technical estimations, and requirement breakdowns.

Ensure code quality through reviews, refactoring, and best-practice enforcement.

Coordinate reliable integration between UI, backend services, and external systems.

Drive performance tuning, scalability improvements, and production stability.

Oversee CI/CD pipelines, deployment strategies, and release readiness.

Team Leadership & Mentorship

Mentor engineers across frontend, backend, and QA.

Conduct technical interviews and help build a high-performing engineering team.

Define expectations around design, testing, documentation, and delivery discipline.

Act as the primary escalation point for complex technical issues.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Partner with Product, Design, and Business teams for solution design.

Align engineering architecture with product roadmap and priorities.

Ensure timely delivery without compromising quality or stability.
