Job Description
- . AWS Infrastructure Management Manage and optimize AWS cloud resources to ensure high availability, security, and performance.
- Monitor AWS services and proactively address issues to minimize downtime and disruptions.
- Implement best practices for AWS security and compliance.
- IT Service Management (ITSM) Implement and oversee ITSM processes to streamline service delivery and support.
- Lead incident, problem, change, and release management activities.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to resolve service issues and improve service quality.
- IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL) Implementation Implement ITIL best practices for service strategy, design, transition, operation, and continual service improvement.
- Develop and maintain ITIL processes and documentation.
- Conduct regular ITIL process assessments and recommend improvements.
- Team Leadership Lead a team of AWS Operations and ITSM/ITIL professionals, providing guidance, mentoring, and support.
- Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture.
- Collaboration and Communication Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into effective AWS solutions and ITSM/ITIL processes.
- Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders, providing updates on project statuses, issues, and resolutions.
- Skills. Proven experience managing AWS infrastructure in enterprise environments.
- Strong understanding of ITSM and ITIL principles and their practical application.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
- Problem-solving mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
- ITIL Foundation certification or higher and AWS Certified or equivalent certification.
