Serve as a point of contact for expectant parents and new families, addressing their concerns, providing information, and ensuring a positive experience throughout the pregnancy journey.
Develop and nurture relationships with doctors and other relevant medical practitioners.
Provide relevant informationfacility tour, brief introduction to Motherhood Hospital (MH), and USPs of MHto build strong relationships.
Highlight the benefits, value additions, safety measures, and service protocols designed to provide superior care, accommodation, and room categories during facility tours.
Coordinate educational programs, workshops, and tours to showcase the hospitals facilities and expertise in maternity care.
Follow up to ensure attendance at antenatal sessions.
Keep management updated regarding all feedback, service gaps, and customer perceptions of our services.
Take ownership of any customer issues and ensure prompt resolution by the respective team.
Actively coordinate with departments to close service gaps and ensure the overall experience consistently meets expectations.
Make follow-up calls regarding future sessions, consultations, and diagnoses.
