What Youll Do:

• All bills related to reimbursement should be verified as per the defined guidleines
• All the applicable quality indicators need to be met by 100% as per standard with effective functioning of the dept
• 100% ICD (International Clasification of Diseases) coding of all patient files needs to be done within 48 hours of receipt
• Prepare and share Daily operation indicator & Monthly Quality Indicator within the timeline.

What We Are Looking For:

• Diploma or Graduate
• Minimum of 2+ years of experience in the role in MRD.
• Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
• Proven team leadership skills with the ability to work effectively in a highly collaborative team environment.
