Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Responsibilities:

Sourcing: Utilize job portals, social media (LinkedIn), and databases to find potential candidates for entry-level roles.
Screening: Review resumes, applications, and conduct initial phone/video screenings to assess basic qualifications and fit.
Coordination: Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, managing the interview calendar.
Candidate Management: Serve as the main point of contact, ensuring a positive experience and timely communication.
ATS Management: Accurately update and maintain candidate information in the Applicant Tracking System.
Collaboration: Work with senior recruiters/hiring managers to understand role requirements.
Onboarding Support: Assist with paperwork and initial integration of new hires.
Reporting: Help provide basic reports on recruitment metrics.

Requirements/Skills:

Excellent communication (written & verbal) and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Basic understanding of the recruitment lifecycle.
Ability to learn quickly and manage tasks efficiently.
Proficiency with MS Office and aptitude for learning new software (ATS).
