A typical day involves collaborating with various teams to understand their needs, developing solutions that align with business objectives, and ensuring that applications are optimized for performance and usability. You will also engage in problem-solving activities, providing support and guidance to your team members while continuously seeking opportunities for improvement and innovation in application development. Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME.

Collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities.

Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery of application features. Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:

Proficiency in Salesforce B2B Commerce.

Good To Have Skills:

Experience with Salesforce Lightning and Apex.

Strong understanding of application development lifecycle.

Experience with integration of third-party applications.

Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management tools. Additional Information:

The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Salesforce B2B Commerce.

This position is based in Pune.
