Job Description
About the Role:We are seeking detail-oriented Desktop Valuators to join our Real Estate Data Intelligence & Valuation team. In this role, you will perform data-backed property valuations for residential and commercial assets using our proprietary digital valuation platform powered by market data, analytics, and automation.
You ll work closely with our on-ground network and analytics team to ensure accuracy, consistency, and insight-driven valuations that empower clients to make informed real estate decisions.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct remote property valuations using available datasets, comparable sales, and market insights.
- Leverage internal platforms and tools to assess property attributes, pricing trends, and location intelligence
- Validate inputs like property size, configuration, age, amenities, and micro-market trends.
- Prepare valuation reports and provide justification based on data analytics and comparable analysis.
- Collaborate with the AI, Data, and Field teams to refine valuation accuracy.
- Maintain and enrich internal valuation databases with updated property data.
- Support financial institutions, NBFCs, and partners in timely delivery of valuation reports.
- Ensure compliance with valuation standards and company guidelines.
- Bachelor s degree in Real Estate, Civil Engineering, Valuation, Finance, or related field.
- 2 6 years of experience in property valuation or real estate analytics.
- Sound knowledge of valuation methodologies (Sales Comparison, Income, and Cost approaches).
- Strong analytical and Excel skills; comfort working with data-driven tools.
- Exposure to GIS mapping, market data tools, or valuation software preferred.
- Excellent written communication and documentation skills.
- Experience working with banks, NBFCs, valuation firms, or proptech companies.
- Familiarity with automated valuation models (AVMs) or digital valuation platforms.
- Understanding of real estate micro-markets, particularly in urban India.
