Job Overview:

We are hiring experienced Banking Customer Service Senior Executives to handle premium customer accounts. This role requires excellent English communication skills, without MTI influence or fumbling issues.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide top-notch customer service for premium banking customers.
  
• Handle queries, complaints, and service requests professionally.
  
• Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain high service standards.
  
• Work within a 10-hour shift schedule (No night shifts).
  

Requirements:

• Graduate in any stream.
  
• Minimum 1 years of experience in customer service.
  
• Exceptional English communication skills (No MTI or fumbling).
  
• Comfortable working in a 10-hour shift environment.
  

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary: Up to 29,000 in hand.
  
• Travel Allowance: 4,000 (as no night shifts).
  
• Attendance Bonus: 1,000 per month.
  
• Monthly MIV: 3,500.
