Role: Medical Coders

Responsibilities:

• Review charts and assign accurate ICD-10-CM, CPT, and HCPCS codes
• Ensure coding accuracy and compliance with guidelines
• Meet productivity and quality targets

Requirements:

• Certified coder (CPC/CCS/CIC or equivalent)
• Knowledge of IPDRG coding
• Good understanding of medical terminology and anatomy

Responsibilities:

• Audit coded charts for accuracy and completeness
• Provide feedback and support to coders
• Ensure adherence to payer and compliance standards

Requirements:
