Job Description: As a Medical Officer (MBBS) , you will play a key role in providing primary and emergency care to patients in the hospital You will be responsible for diagnosing and treating a wide range of medical conditions, ensuring the best possible care for patients, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team of doctors and healthcare professionals
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide medical consultations and deliver appropriate treatment to patients
- Diagnose and treat common illnesses and injuries
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
- Administer medications and perform medical procedures within the scope of your practice
- Collaborate with specialists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals in providing holistic care to patients
- Conduct health check-ups, medical assessments, and pre-surgical evaluations
- Maintain accurate and comprehensive patient records and medical documentation
- Educate patients and their families on health management and preventive care
- Participate in hospital emergency services and handle critical situations
- Ensure adherence to hospital protocols, medical guidelines, and safety standards
Qualifications:
- MBBS degree from a recognized medical institution
- Valid medical registration with the Medical Council of India (MCI) or the relevant authority
- Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical experience as a Medical Officer in a hospital or healthcare setting (experience in emergency or critical care is an advantage)
- Strong clinical knowledge and practical skills in patient care
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
