Job Description

*Role: Trainee Analyst (Student Counsellor)*

*Roles & Responsibilities:*

* Counsel and guide students seeking admission into Undergraduate (UG) and Postgraduate (PG) programs.

* Explain program details, curriculum, eligibility criteria, fee structure, and admission procedures clearly and professionally.

* Handle enquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions; ensure timely follow-ups to convert leads into admissions.

* Assess students academic backgrounds and preferences to recommend suitable programs.

* Maintain accurate student records and update admission databases regularly.

* Assist students throughout the admission process, including application submission, document verification, and onboarding.

* Coordinate with academic and administrative teams for smooth admission operations.

* Represent the institution during counselling sessions, walk-ins, and admission events.

*Job Details:*

* Salary: 3 LPA (Fixed + Variable Incentives)

* 20,000 in hand + Monthly incentives based on performance

* Work Mode: On-site

* Working Hours: 9-hour day shift

* Working Days: 6 days a week (Monday to Saturday; Sunday fixed off)

* Interview Mode: Face to face

Notice Period: Immediate joiners
