About the Opportunity:

Key Responsibilities:
- Resolve customer queries via voice, email, or chat within SLA & quality targets
- Deliver exceptional technical/domain-specific support in fast-paced environments
- Maintain metrics: AHT, Quality, RCR
- Multitask while following SOPs & compliance guidelines
Candidate Requirements:
- Excellent English communication (verbal & written)
- Graduate preferred; freshers welcome
- Flexible for rotational/night shifts (24x7 setup)
- Strong organizational & multitasking skills
- Prior BPO experience is a plus but not mandatory
