Job Description
Job Summary
We are looking for an energetic and smart fresher to join our Presales team. The ideal candidate will support the sales process by understanding client requirements, preparing solution proposals, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring smooth communication between clients and the sales team.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the sales team in understanding customer requirements and preparing relevant solutions.
- Create and maintain pitch decks, presentations, proposals, and product demos.
- Conduct basic product research and competitor analysis.
- Coordinate with technical teams to gather required information for proposals.
- Respond to RFPs/RFIs with accurate and timely information.
- Support lead qualification and initial client interactions.
- Maintain documentation of presales activities and sales pipeline.
- Participate in client calls, demos, and internal discussions when required.
Required Skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Good understanding of technology (basic knowledge of IT/software concepts preferred).
- Ability to learn products, tools, and solutions quickly.
- Good presentation and documentation skills (PowerPoint/Excel).
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented and proactive attitude.
Educational Qualification
- Bachelors degree in Engineering, IT, Computer Science, Business, or any related field.
- MBA (Marketing/IT) is a plus but not mandatory.
