Role & Responsibilities

• Deliver effective classroom and clinical teaching as per INC norms
• Prepare lesson plans, academic schedules, and teaching aids
• Conduct lectures, demonstrations, seminars, and practical sessions
• Supervise and guide students during clinical postings
• Assess student performance through internal assessments and examinations
• Maintain academic records, attendance, and student documentation
• Participate in curriculum planning, faculty meetings, and academic activities
• Mentor and counsel students for academic and professional development
• Ensure compliance with Indian Nursing Council (INC) guidelines
• Assist in examinations, admissions, and other institutional responsibilities
  

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Educational Qualification:
  M.Sc Nursing / B.Sc Nursing (as per INC norms)
• Experience:
  
• Freshers & experienced candidates both can apply
• Teaching experience preferred
  
• Registration:
• Must be registered with State Nursing Council
  
• Skills Required:
• Strong subject knowledge
• Good communication and teaching skills
• Passion for nursing education
• Professional, disciplined, and student-focused approach
