Performance Tester @ IDESLABS

Job Description

• Gather Requirements for Performance Testing - workload, throughput, concurrent users network virtualization and SLA s. knowledge of performance testing lifecycle.
• Developing the performance Test Plan Strategy, Test plan, Test scenarios, Testcases and reports.
• Ability to define and drive the performance test approach and methodology for web and mobile solutions. Experience with testing Native, hybrid and web applications on mobile devices.
• Developing/Enhancing the scripts using LoadRunner / JMeter using different LR protocols.
• Execute Performance test like stress, volume, load, capacity, long duration and failover tests
• Extensive knowledge and experience of Performance testing and monitoring tools - Client Load Runner, JMeter, Client Performance Center, Client Vugen, and Client Analysis tool, Introscope, or Dynatrace or AppDynamics
• A plus knowledge of perfecto with load runner integration to capture client level metrics
• Strong knowledge of automated testing tools like selenium and Appium.
• Ability to Manage Automation/Performance progress and report out to stakeholders regularly.
• Monitoring the tests and analyze the performance issues make recommendations on how to fix the issues.
• Analyze root causes of performance issues and provide corrective actions.
• Analyze test results and coordinate with development teams for bug fixes.
• Defect tracking and follow up with required stakeholders.
• Testing Coordination experience Full understanding of End to End performance test process and experience on how and when to engage different teams such as DBA, Dev or System admins.
• Knowledge of Azure DevOps and integration with load runner scripts
• Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
