Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for contractual and technical hiring roles.
- Source, screen, and evaluate candidates for IT positions.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline through various sourcing channels.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and deliver top talent.
- Conduct interviews, negotiate offers, and ensure a seamless onboarding experience.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best hiring practices.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in contractual hiring, technical hiring, and IT staffing.
- Strong understanding of IT roles, technologies, and market trends.
- Hands-on experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
