Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Interior Architecture & Design:

• Lead the design and execution of ultra-luxury interiors for high-end residential and commercial projects.
• Develop detailed interior layouts, material specifications, and mood boards aligned with brand aesthetics.
• Collaborate with international and domestic design consultants to ensure world-class standards.

Design Coordination:

• Integrate architectural, structural, and MEP elements with interior design seamlessly.
• Review and approve drawings, BOQs, and vendor submissions for accuracy and compliance.
• Conduct site visits to ensure design intent is maintained during execution.

Client & Business Interface:

• Participate in client presentations and walkthroughs to showcase design concepts.
• Align design strategies with market trends and customer expectations.
• Support business development through design innovation and project branding.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelors/Masters in Architecture or Interior Design.
• Proven experience in luxury real estate projects.
• Strong command of AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Suite.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strategic mindset with a flair for aesthetics and commercial awareness.
