Job Description
- We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Full Stack Test Lead to join our team
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the testing efforts for web applications, ensuring the quality and performance of both front-end and back-end components
- This role requires strong technical skills, leadership abilities, and the capacity to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Experience with DevOps practices, Agile methodologies, Jira, and testing in Salesforce, Workday, Oracle, AI, and SAP is essential
- Lead the design, development, and execution of test plans and test cases for web applications
- Develop and maintain automated test scripts for front-end and back-end components
- Collaborate with developers and business stakeholders to understand requirements and define test strategies
- Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications through rigorous testing
- Identify, document, and track software defects and issues using Jira
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members
- Mentor and guide junior testers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies in software testing
- Utilize tools and frameworks such as Selenium, JUnit, and Postman for automated testing
- Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines to support automated testing and deployment
- Work within Agile teams to ensure testing is integrated into the development process
- Conduct testing for Salesforce, Workday, Oracle, AI, and SAP systems
- Exposure to Java and Python is a plus
What Youll Bring
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in software testing, with a focus on full stack applications
- Strong proficiency in automated testing tools and frameworks
- Experience with testing front-end technologies such as AngularJS
- Experience with testing back-end technologies such as C# and .NET
- Proficiency in testing databases such as PostgreSQL and SQL Server
- Basic experience with Python for scripting and automation
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Experience with version control systems (eg, Git) is a plus
- Exposure to Java and Python is a plus
- Experience with DevOps practices and tools (eg, Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes)
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile teams
- Proficiency in using Jira for issue tracking and project management
- Experience in testing Salesforce, Workday, Oracle, AI, and SAP systems is essential
