Job Description
SUMMARY- Safety First:
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections, including checking fluid levels, tires, lights, and brakes.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety regulations.
- Respond appropriately to emergencies (e.g., accidents, breakdowns).
- Transportation:
- Load and unload cargo securely and efficiently.
- Plan and execute routes efficiently, considering traffic and delivery schedules.
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods to designated locations.
- Documentation:
- Complete and submit required paperwork accurately and on time (e.g., bills of lading, delivery receipts).
- Communicate any delays or issues to dispatch or supervisors promptly.
- Vehicle Maintenance:
- Perform basic vehicle maintenance tasks as required.
- Report any vehicle maintenance issues to the appropriate personnel.
Requirements
Education: 10th grade, Higher Secondary (10+2) or above.
Experience: Minimum 3 years of verified heavy - vehicle (Category C + CE) driving experience.
Language: Commitment to reach German B1 within 10 12 months.
A2 external certification
B1 internal
Accepted certificates: Goethe, Telc, SD
Drivers Licence: Valid heavy - vehicle licence from the home country.
Health: Medically fit for commercial driving; must pass eyesight and health exams.
